Our teachers and volunteers strive to have a positive relationship with and an investment in each student. This atmosphere allows for the growth and development of the whole child – intellectually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Teacher/Principal
Daniel Sem was raised in a Seventh-day Adventist family. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Asia-Pacific International University in Thailand and a master’s degree in Educational Science from the Cambodian University for Specialties in Cambodia. He is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Administration and Leadership from La Sierra University in California.
Daniel has over 15 years of teaching experience in both public and Adventist school systems, primarily in Cambodia. After relocating to the United States in 2022, he taught in a multi-grade classroom. Known by his students as a consistently happy and friendly teacher, Daniel’s passion for teaching began at the age of 12. To him, teaching is not merely a process of learning, but a process of learning how to teach others as well.
He is committed to giving every child an exceptional education that equips them for today and for eternity. Outside the classroom, Daniel enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, fishing, and boating. One of his favorite Bible texts is Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
